RETURN & REFUND POLICY – AVA JEWELLERY

At Ava Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a voluntary 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

within 30 days of receiving your order.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and undamaged;
  • Be returned in its original condition;
  • Include original packaging and tags whenever possible;
  • Show no signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce the refund amount if returned items are damaged, used, incomplete, or otherwise diminished in value.


3. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is made because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer wants the product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, Ava Jewellery will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as customers remain responsible for returned items until they are received by us.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase;
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item;
  • Original shipping costs will only be refunded where required by applicable law.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.


5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective product;
  • A damaged product;
  • An incorrect product;

Please include a description of the issue and photographs where possible.

Depending on the situation, we may provide:

  • A replacement product;
  • A repair;
  • A full refund.

Where appropriate, return shipping costs will also be reimbursed.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products;
  • Products made specifically to customer specifications;
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened or used, where applicable;
  • Any other items exempt from return under applicable law.

8. Consumer Rights

This Return & Refund Policy does not limit or exclude any rights that consumers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights will take precedence over this Policy.
